@Jun To some extent yes, especially if they do not show their face.
Okay to list what is "okay" regarding "comparisons"
- If the utaite is known for it then it is okay (ex. Pokata = Gackt = Gakupo)
- If the utaite has willingly chose the Vocaloid to represent him/herself
- If the utaite has purposely imitated the person's voice (ex. Limone-sensei = Kamiya Hiroshi, Pokota applies for this too)
Regarding the first post you made Jun
"A few of his fans have suggested that his voice is similar to Vic Mignogna's (Bleach, FMA, Tsubasa Chronicles)." (Ashe's article)
That might not be okay :I I don't think Ashe has imitated him (purposely in any cover or anything). It might be okay to state that in the trivia though. MIGHT.
"His wild singing style has been noted to be similar to that of Yoppei" (Akatin's article)
Should definitely be removed, in fact I'll do it right now
also i wonder if it really would be that insulting, if we wrote e.g. "Rin type-voice" (as for Matsushita and Vivienne)"
Yes...it kinda is...this may be debatable though...
As I just thought of this but it should be okay to say that utaite-A's and utaite-B's voice compliment each other, especially if they cover a lot of songs together. I'm not sure if Soraru and Lon is the best example but Ryo-kun and maro. are pretty good
