1. Affiliation albums layout has been settled
The layout will be as follows
# ''Albumname'' (XXX album) with [[otherutaitename]] (Released on Month XX, 20XX)
Album names will be in italics
(XXX album) is only needed, if the album is not linked to an album on the wiki (or on a complete album page on another english wiki, e.g. links to the vocaloid wiki for vocaloid albums)
Collaboration albums should be credited in the affiliation section with a link to the appropriate album in the discography section
Anime OSTs in which an utaite is featured, because he/she sang an opening etc. of this anime, should not belong in there. The important thing is to put the sung opening etc. into the "Commercially Featured Works" section.
For reference, look at nano's page and the layout of the Template:Commercially featured template, or use the preloads, if you can access them.
2. The wiki will from now on feature a section for singers, that ought to have more attention. This "Spotlight" will be featured on the main page of our wiki (expected starting end June, early July, if till then 15 to 20 spotlights are done). If you know a singer(s), that in your opinion ought to have more attention then you might want to create a "spotlight" under a page(s) named like this: Template:Utaite Spotlight/Utaitename
Please note that there are requirements to create a spotlight page!
Utaite must have:
1,000 watchers and 25,500 views on their most popular solo cover or 10,000 on at least 4 solo covers
YouTube singers must have:
500 subscribers and 6,500 views on their most popular solo cover
**There is a 100 watcher/subscriber and views leeway allowed
After doing so post your spotlight in here (else we probably won't be able to notice the newly created spotlight), we'll then as soon as possible put it onto the main page, where it will be featured.

3. Picture uploadsAs for more organization on pictures on the wiki, we ask every contributor, who adds pictures to the wiki to:
Name their pictures with a descriptive name (click on "more options" to change the name of the file)
Also useful to identify real life pics
Categorize their pictures into appropriate Categories of
This can be done in the description/caption box of the upload (click on "more options")
Or you can use the Licensing scroll list, to add the category.
Uncategorized files can be found here.
Furthermore we would like to request contributors, not to add utaite unrelated pictures onto the wiki. If you want to put a picture onto your userpage, you are welcome to use tiny pic to upload them (I do this too).
Other image hosting sites may work as well, for example Photobucket.
