Not necessarily to get on this wiki, but just for the sake of getting more views/subscribers. Would they get a blacklist?
thank you very much for notifying! I'll look into it asap, and notify the others to discuss about it
Hi thanks for the notification! We went and investigated it and deleted their page as a result.
I'm kinda sad something like this happened but we'll try to be more wary in the future.
I'm absolutely disgusted.
I don't know how you proved it and why this anon tried to libel me, I would like from this anon to show his face.
Anyways, my views / twitter followers are real for various factors: - My YouTube account is still active and with the partnership, something like view boosting would revoke my partnership. - If you look the videos like Hibikase or Mekakucity Actors, you can find them in the first page probably, so it means that they are true views. - My Twitter account is still fully active and still receiving followers. - Remember the fact I don't only do singing but also other stuff. - I get paid for views, so there's literally no reason to bot them, even because bots probably don't use ads; I would lose the revenue.
Please, instead, give me real proof like if my account is blocked or something like that, because I can't really understand how you proved it.
I don't care anymore about the utaite wikia page sincerely, because this wikia is runned by people who can't verify stuff like this.
Also, for the collaborations.
Who the hell told you I don't work with them? I did a cover with Kuraiinu and a video PV for Jubyphonic. Probably you need to get a public collaboration to see this, and it's understandable.
Its actually pretty easy to prove that you have fake views and followers.
Lets just take your Hibikase cover for example.
Youtube has a nifty thing in which you can check the statistics of a video and see the views trend over time. Your Hibikase cover has a rather...suspicious trend...
In one month it suddenly spikes up.
Jumping up from >10k views to 20k+ views in that short amount of time is impossible. Unless you use bots of course.
If you literally look at any other video statistics you'll notice that any proper video would have a more smooth upward trend.
Also just looking at the views of your other covers...I'm not going to count them all but most are at >1k views (those seems to have real views from what I can tell). Generally there should be consistency in a singer's views, if your Hibikase cover is at 25k views then your other covers should at least be around 10k views...but they're not.
Then your Mekakucity Actors video...the weirdest thing about it is that there are no ratings, especially with the amount of views it has, you would think at least one person would thumbs up or down the video...but there are literally none.
As for your Twitter, I didn't really check it since that doesn't really matter for the wiki but I can at least tell you that there are websites that can check how many fake accounts follow a twitter user.
Though currently that can't be checked since your put your account on private. I should mention that for a public figure like you, putting your account on private might appear suspicious to others.
Lastly about your collaborations, I could care less if you have claimed to have collaborated with some people or not (that's if you even did, like I don't check people's blogs or go through their twitter or whatever). As long as there's a video that has your name in the credits then yeah you collaborated with the person for all I know? I don't doubt your skill as an animator for the record.
Trust me we aren't as stupid as you think and honestly its you that wanted a page here? Like you even asked about the requirements for a page here some time ago and no one would ask that unless they wanted to make a page here.
I could care less who has a page here, I'm only concerned with organizing things.
Yep, I'm still sure you can't understand how this kind of stuff is done.
Let me give you a straight answer: viral.
YouTube decides sometimes to put a new video as viral if most of the shares get actually clicked on, so... no matter when you uploaded the video, or in how less time you got the views, you got them.
Here there are some examples of videos that gone full viral even if they weren't knew before, just because someone shared the video and the people watched it
note: those are not videos of mine, just some videos I found with the same pattern of mine, it means they got famous for a special thing LATER, not with a normal growth.
And with Hibikase we're done.
I don't know how you think of this kind of stuff, but YouTube implemented something called "remove rating from your video", I just did that because the rating was getting too negative and I was fearing some retrospective of the video.
This is also the growth channel, I uploaded it the same day Mekakucity Actors came out, so the viewers just came through also my video.
Still, you didn't verified none.
Twitter: for my reasons I privated the account during today-tomorrow for cleaning up stuff, tweets and more, this is a temporary solution. Still, Twitter isn't related to utaite wikia whatsoever so you don't need to check that stuff.
Lastly, it was me who wanted the page up on utaite wikia because I was so excited to be put in a website I checked long time ago, but right now I don't mind it anymore, so yeah, I'm discussing here only to show off there's no proof about it and wanted you to remove all the logs related to my page (because I don't even mind about the channel page anymore).
Thanks for understanding and, please, talk to the interested person first, even if you didn't said a name it was mostly related to me, and getting that result somehow it was frustrating and annoying. Please respect the opinion of the interested people.
I have a midterm tomorrow so I can't fully respond to everything you said right now but so that I can check, could you give me the links to the two videos you posted the charts of? I'd like to see how the numbers are like for comparison.
I did consider contacting you about it but I wasn't quite sure how it would pan out? Any person that has committed a "wrong" (so to speak) would deny it so I didn't know how productive the conversation would be. I'll keep that in mind in the future, apologies.
Those are the videos you asked for, still remember that I just checked for some random videos on YouTube that have the same pattern, not inherent to youtaites whatsoever, just to show you that sometimes videos don't follow grow pattern.
First of all, I don't even want to discuss the Twitter or collaboration thing. The sole reason why the anon mentioned those two, as to hint, that if someone cheats in one way or another, it's probable they also cheat in other ways. And the reason your page was removed had nothing to do with your Twitter or collabs or even our MCA video, since even if you faked them they are not numbers used for our requirements.
The admins of this wiki have faced a lot (and I mean a lot a lot) of people, who ignored the requirements, and made pages for themselves for shameless selfpromotion, sometimes even being not understanding that we have those. And it is possible that people manipulate their views, just to get on the wiki, to get more exposure.
Also I believe you'd understand, that we can't possibly gather the exact data about how you required your views, so conclusions is all we can use. The 'viral' stats of your Hibikase video, added with the anomaly in your views count when you asked to have your page restored, do look very suspicious, don't you think? Besides, I think it's more unlikely for a serious vocal cover to go viral (it doesn't have viral video characteristics), but then again I'm not a youtaite videos analyst...
I don't see much harm to not contacting you directly about this issue. As we can see here, you found out the reason why the page was removed. Besides it was stated in the delete log. I don't see the point in leaving a message saying "Hey, your page was deleted. :D", as we couldn't give you the benefit of the doubt (because of above stated reasons).
If you are interested in contacting the anon, you can just shoot him a message on his anon page - though they maybe won't read/receive it.
Thanks BLUEBIRD you summed up my thoughts better than I could have. I guess most of I say will be just more support then.
About the MCA video, apologies, I forgot that you could turn those off but even so if it mostly got negative votes I don't think it would gain you much of any new followers even if you took advantage of the MCA hype to get views.
Now about that Hibikase cover, if it went viral I would think it would still have maybe tiny bursts here and there as based from the videos you linked there does seems to be a slight correlation but even so its feels doubtful compared to the "record" you have currently.
81% of your covers are below 1000 views so I have a hard time believing you can have one cover suddenly reach 26K views. Like BLUEBIRD said...it doesn't have viral characteristics.
Then your Twitter, I know I said it didn't matter but that doesn't mean it doesn't make you suspicious. It was actually one of the deciding factors that made me feel like you were cheating views because a whopping 48% of your followers are fake!
Screenshot taken from twitteraudit.com
On average most users have less than 10% fake followers so yeah....suspicious.
You claim you don't have money (yeah I saw what you said on Twitter :/) but I can see you take commissions and have money to commission others for art (*cough*your current twitter icon for example*cough*) so yeah...those factors are not helping you at all.
I could say more but they'll end up turning into half insults so I'll stop here.
There's just too much against you so we just can't bring ourselves to believe you.
Anyway I hope you rethink the choices you've have made so far and make better ones in the future. Good luck and have a great day.
leaves it here
What do you think?
