Actually his name (in english letters I believe he also wrote it like that in his twitter id) is Shoose! If you search Shoose he'll definitely come up!
Even though I haven't gone to a live myself, I am 99.9% sure he does.
First of all, his "persona" as people may call it doesn't have any signature mask or anything that covers his face like Ito Kashitaro or Underbar (__) have so it would be unusual for him to have a mask since other than to hear him sing in person or just to support, people usually go to lives to see what the Utaite's face looks like (or see it in person for people who already have revealed their faces). Also many Utaite don't show their face or at least their whole face very often because of many reasons like insecurity or not wanting people in their life to know about their activities. They all have their reasons which we'll never know because we aren't them, and frankly they don't have to because they are Utaite not "professional singers" (notice the quotes) not signed with a company (although some have) and most of them aren't doing it for a profit (believe it or not most of them have separate jobs or are in school). In a television program a few months ago Amatsuki said the pros about being an Utaite and not a "professional singer" is that they don't need to show they're faces, and people like them solely because of their music (This isn't word for word by the way, I paraphrased it and roughly translated it since I don't remember every detail sorry...)
Secondly, if you keep up with his activities on twitter, you'll notice that after lives there are often live reports by companies such as Natalie.mu or Spice which have received permission to take photos of them during the live (usually in the title of the report it will say whether there are photos or not). In those photos taken from Eve and Sou's two-man and in his own Otogi tour (I might be wrong about the last one, it may have not been a tour) The photos had some kind of light that covered up their face, but that is just in the photo (kind of like special effects and angle since the photos are taken by professionals) and if you were in the audience the light would probably not block their face the entire time since they would be moving around the stage (and to have a really bright light enough to hide your face at your face for around 2 hours is physically straining).
So in short, yes I'm pretty sure he does based on the fact his character (of himself, not his MV characters) does not have a mask and after-live photos don't show any signs of him hiding his face.
If you want to see the photos you should check out his twitter (either he tweeted the link to the report himself or you'll have to look through his retweets) but please DON'T reupload them on other sites and such because he's probably not fond of having his picture all over the internet as you said he doesn't show his face often (meaning he probably doesn't like it!)
Sorry if it was kind of long but I hope it helps!
Also, although I'm no expert with CHiCO I'm not sure if she can qualify because from what I've seen I think she only or mainly sings for Honeyworks and I don't think she sang many other songs outside of Honeyworks. In that case she'd just be a singer. I know she has her own twitter account separate from Honeyworks, but does she have her own youtube/nnd account? If not then she's probably just a part of Honeyworks as the main singer.
Maybe they also sung the song along with their drums? They could have also used the wrong tag to attract a greater audience since there's usually more singers than there are instrumental players (sorry for the wording haha...) and people would be able to find them easier. That though is less likely because of what I've seen of big and small japanese utaites is that they aren't SO desparate for people to see their works to mislead people (they might retweet it a few times or tag it with tags that ask for views or rt and the such but rarely have I seen a misleading tag)
It would be Ivudot! He already has a page under the name Ivu which was his previous name, seeing how he participated in the Bomberman cover of Ai Kotoba iii instead of "Ivu". I haven't really listen to his songs too much outside of the Bomberman covers but from the cover of the Osomatsusan song and Ai Kotoba iii, his voice changed a lot! Hope this helps!
Eve has actually been hanging out with Natsushiro recently though. Ever since Stars on Planets from last year or 2016, the whole group hangs out often. I think in August they went to Disneyland together. Also, Eve has a little brother (a small Eve =3=3) but he hasn't released any info about him other than that he exists (in a tweet). Shinjuku Sick and Mushroom Mother were my favorites from the old days but I like Anoko Secret the most at the moment~
You mean her art? You can try her twitter (@macco_macco) and she also has pixiv account which you can find on her twitter page too. If you want to use the images for icon or repost be sure to ask for permission first!
I'm no music expert but maybe you can find them on PIAPRO where vocaloid-p and utaites may offiicially post the off vocals of their songs. It's probably better to get them off from here than random uploads on youtube because it's directly from the creators and supporting them more! Here's the link: piapro.jp
If you want specific versions of the song that have been altered to tailor a specific utaite's cover however (like remixes or a rock arrange for example) you probably won't find it here though.
It could be. I didn't notice this before (because I usually listen through nicobox) but I think it might be because (not saying all) overseas fans (japanese fans could have too I'm just going by experience not to be a racist) can be a little crazy sometimes and I think a friend told me she once saw a comment like "don't listen to anyone else's cover 96neko is the best". This could have been hurtful to her because while it's praising(?) her, it puts down the creators who worked hard to make the song, allowing her to sing it, and also her friends who could have sung the same songs. While I don't know how good her english is but I think she probably realized at one point she was also receiving unpleasant comments along with the supporting ones and she didn't want to deal with it anymore. This is just my thought so please don't take this as official or something she said;;;
wow I think it's amazing you can find people in your class who like utaite too (I know none in my class ;-;). To be honest there are probably thousands of utaite out there (they can still be utaite even if they're not on this wikia it's just that they don't reach the wikia criteria or they get overshadowed by the really popular ones) so it isn't that hard for B to not know A's favorite. It just depends on where they started and what they choose to listen to. Maybe you should try telling them this and have them reccomend their favorite songs to each other? I don't have a lot of irl friends who like utaite and all but one weren't big fans of my favorites at the beginning but I am fine with the ones they like so often with them I talk 90% about the ones they like and then casually talk about mine. Over time they started to listen to some of my favorites and they like it too. If you're good friends with both of them maybe you can listen to both of their favorites with them and get the two of them to be more tolerable of eachother's favorites?
Yeah he did but he came out a few months ago (like 5 I think...?) He came back recently with a cover of A-un Beats!! His voice is definitely changed from before but I'm really happy he's back!
What happened (I read this a while ago when he announced it back in January (or maybe longer I don't remember) so I might not have all the exact details. I think it might be in his LINE blog) was that before he use to cover a LOT right? And he did a lot of live concerts too. Over the years it lead to a callous-like thing in his throat (the exact name of the disease I don't remember). It's caused by straining your throat so like singing or talking a lot in an unnatural way (unnaturally higher or lower or to imitate someone) or just from singing/talking too much (with little rest, which is probably Kashitaro's reason) It's kind of like a tumor but I don't think it's a type of cancer (so it confuses me a little) so he had to get it out (I think judging because it's tumor-like).
He's doing better now but if you listen to his podcast thing/read his blogs (basically read everything on twitter) you can get more info about it! Also I think some translators have translated his blogs or tweets so if you search for info on his operation you'll probably find something! Sorry this was kind of long....-_-;
