Black★Rock Shooter (ブラック★ロックシューター) is a song based on huke's original character, BRS. Upon huke's admission into supercell, ryo made the song, which became a smash hit and spawned the BRS franchise. In 2010, an OVA was made, using ryo's song as an opening. Following the OVA's storyline, an anime was created, running from February 03 to March 23, 2012, meeting moderate success. On Nico Nico Douga, the song already has over 4.6 million views and is the seventh-most viewed VOCALOID song as of April 2012.[1]
