Chogakusei（超学生）is a male utaite with a low and raspy voice. He currently has over 770k subscribers on YouTube, and has been active on the NND platform since late 2011, starting to upload covers at ~11-12 years old. He was getting into livestreaming via YouTube, using a virtual avatar that followed his movements, reminiscent of that of a VTuber's, though he doesn't seem to use it anymore. However, he debuted with a new model on July 7th, 2023. In the past he occasionally did singing streams, "zatsudans" (or talking streams), and game streams on YouTube or Twitcast.

Now, he does regular morning livestreams (7:30am JST) called asagakusei (morning student) on Twitcast where he talks about various things and allow his viewers to send in letters. He occasionally features guests and sometimes oversleeps and misses the livestream.

A signature of Chogakusei's is his masked appearance in his covers. He'll often paint his nails in correlation with the song he's covering, and will sometimes draw on his neck and dress accordingly, also in correlation with the song.

Despite his low and raspy voice, he has been noted to hit powerful high notes, as seen in his cover of "BL". Overtime he has also developed his singing style to be more flexible and fit different styles of music better. He's well known for being able to cover songs in a way that captures the original meaning while also adding his own style to it.

His most viewed cover on YouTube is "Bocca Della Verità" with over 10.4 million views.

He has a collaboration unit with his friend Black Panda named "SU → PANDA".[2] He used to dance over some of Chogakusei's covers.

Chogakusei also wrote music of his own under the name Riku Yuzuki. So far, he has three songs uploaded to his alternate YouTube channel. He also creates original songs with other musicians, acting as the vocalist, which currently are 16 songs uploaded to his main channel.
