samfree (real name: Takayuki Sano) was a producer who was also an utaite.

He was most prominent for his work as a producer in a variety of genres, and was best known for his Night series.

But nevertheless, he was also a respectable utaite, with his "Nanairo no" "Nico Nico Douga" reaching 245K views, before it was taken down, and all covers succeeding 20K views.

He can put some tension in his voice, as shown in his self-cover of "Lily Lily★Burning Night", and is also capable of singing higher notes, as seen in "Last Night, Good Night".

He passed away on September 24th, 2015, age 31 due to sudden internal complications.[2]
