Satomi (さとみ) is a male utaite, and an active member of Strawberry Prince. Within the group, he is often paired with Nanamori and Jel as an "older" trio. As such, his voice is slightly husky and on the cool side, although higher seated than Jel's, and a bit less throaty than Nanamori's, and he likes to challenge himself by singing songs at their original key.

He puts personality into his voice, which is why in some of his covers instead of just utattemita in the title he has "tried to sing and act" (歌って演じてみた, utatte enjitemita) in them. Some of his most popular covers are songs like Usseewa (3.6 million views), Envy Baby (4.1 million views) and Call Boy (2.3 million views), where he uses rasp and grit to fit the song and aggressive characters. Other times he likes to add backing vocals, like in his cover of YOASOBI's Idol . For a song that showcases his expressiveness, a good example is Assault Love , as it was created by the Vocaloid producer syudou for him.

He covers songs rarely, and he primarily uploads gameplay videos to his YouTube channel, mostly of Identity V.

His most popular cover is Romeo with Rinu, which currently has more than 14 million views on YouTube. His most popular solo cover is KING with 4.2M views as of August 21, 2025.

  • Satomi is the oldest member of Strawberry Prince.
  • His blood type is AB.
  • He has 3 pets, a dog named Mocha (female), a cat named Hina (male), and another cat named Mimi (female).
  • There are rumours that Satomi is from the Chugoku region because he speaks in a Jaro dialect, though he is from Tokyo.
  • Satomi is 170 cm tall.
  • "Code - Decryption -", a song he made with Colon to commemorate Identity V's first anniversary, was played in an Identity V tournament.[2]
  • Prior to becoming a member of Strawberry Prince, Satomi had once said that he had wanted to die but he joined Strawberry Prince which stopped him to wanting to die.
  • In a Valentine's Day video (where Satomi attempted to make a chocolate cake), a piano is seen in behind him which means that he can play the piano.
    • This is also known because in a 48 hour live stream with Root, they were singing "Let's Fall in Love" and he was playing keys on the piano whilst Root was playing the guitar.[3]
  • Satomi occasionally collaborates with famous Japanese seiyuus, Nobuhiko Okamoto, and Ryohei Kimura as well as a popular YouTuber, Akagamo no Tomo, playing various games such as Among Us and Minecraft
